There was a grocery store near our hotel that we frequented. That's where we got our sausages that they confiscated from us at the airport. Drat! That's also where I started to dislike the worker mentality. They're very rude if you don't follow the System. And we didn't know the System, so they were very rude to US. I didn't like that at all. But we met some real Hungarians who made up for it...We got the number for Michael's relatives in Hungary. They are cousins of his grandfather - Ferri and Zsusi. And so incredibly nice. We called them out of the blue. Actually, we had our hotel girl call them for us - they don't speak any English. And our hotel girl set up a Sunday meeting with them for us. We enjoyed a relaxing time around the city before we met them. We even went to experience the Baths. Which wasn't as fun cause we were segregated and we had to enjoy the Baths all by our lonesome. They were pretty cool, though. Gotta find one of those in NY!
