The Birthday Girl

Some little boy at another table was completely enamored by her and kept on coming over and trying to talk to her. Then he started to do wild tricks on the high chair to impress her. It's quite entertaining watching these young boys. I'm starting to change my opinion that girls and boys are the same and that girls don't have to do girly stuff and boys don't have to do boyish stuff. Feminine and masculine characteristics really do seem kind of hard-wired. I love watching the "courtship." It's fascinating. The little boy does all sorts of tricks to catch the little girl's eye and she just ignores him. But it catches her mommy's eye. Maybe I should pick out Zia's future mate for her.
