The angel food cupcakes were a great success. It took me two tries to come up with the proper baking time. The box doesn't give you any time suggestions for cupcakes because I don't think you're supposed to make cupcakes out of the mix. But they turned out to be pretty yummy. Course, I can't remember the exact time. It was something like 15-20 mins - right about when they started to turn light, light golden. Then the cool whip and/or strawberries and blueberries to put on top were a nice refreshing addition.
