Labor and Delivery: Zia's Dramatic Entrance Into the World

We had to take Zia to the nursery every now and then to be weighed and get her blood sugar tested (they test all the larger babies). She was 8 lbs 10 oz when we left the hospital. But people still came in and out the room to check on Andee and Zia - taking their temperatures, having a look-see, making sure everything was okay.
