Tenerife

Tenerife was lovely. We ended up in a less resorty area of a resort town. Our room was nice (twin beds and all). Nothing spectacular, but clean and nice. They even brought us a basket of breads and stuff for our breakfast. We were a short walk away from a black sand beach. And there was soap!
We decided to be less enthusiastic and see only one thing in Tenerife. It would prevent us from running all over the island like we did in Lanzarote. We headed out to find Teide peak, the highest point in Spain (the Canary Islands are a part of Spain).
