I think even Michael started to feel the effects of too much art by the time we made it through the Picture Gallery. I was feeling "Madonna'd"-out. I've never spent so much time with Madonna and Child paintings before. Michael loves the Renaissance, and Madonna and Childs are a big part of the Renaissance. We saw about every Madonna and Child that was ever made, I think.
But we made it through. And we made it to our bus to Arezzo with seconds to spare.
